Cards Using Water Coloring Techniques

Saw this first technique on Kristina Werner's Chanel. It was using a clear block and ink pads to water color.  I used distress inks for this technique.  For the second technique I used Prisma Color Pencils to create a paint.  I used a stamp image from one of my favorite  companies, Heartfelt Creations.
