Birthday Card
     For this card I started with two stamp sets for Your Next Stamp;  Waddles Happy Brr-Today and Balloon Buddies.  Finishing touches were from both clear and white vellum, Spectrum Noir glitter pen, and some gorgeous ink colors from Mama Elephant.
